Any simple tricks to fall asleep faster at night?

Some nights I’m exhausted but still end up lying awake for a long time before actually falling asleep. I’ve been trying small things like limiting screen time and relaxing music, but results are mixed. I recently read about a few techniques on how can you fall asleep fast and thought some of them were interesting. Curious what methods people here use when they just can’t fall asleep quickly.
