Has anyone tried following Pravi Celer without treating it like a diet?

I’ve been reading a bit about Pravi Celer, and what stands out is that it doesn’t really come across like a typical diet or plan. It feels more like a mindset around food—keeping things simple, using natural ingredients, and not overcomplicating meals.

What I find interesting is that it doesn’t seem to require strict rules. It’s more about everyday choices, like cooking at home, avoiding too much processed food, and sticking to basics. In a way, it feels closer to how people used to eat before everything became so structured and trend-based.

I haven’t followed it intentionally, but I did try simplifying my meals for a while, and it felt easier to maintain. Less thinking, less effort, and meals still felt satisfying.

I’m curious if anyone here has actually tried following something like Pravi Celer more consciously. Did it feel sustainable long-term, or is it just one of those ideas that sounds good but is hard to stick with?
